ZMT5-HH is a revolutionary handheld microphone that can operate as both a wireless transmitter and a hardwired microphone simultaneously.

Hardwired balanced mic level analog audio offers an alternative to wireless transmission or can be used simultaneously as a backup or sent to another device.

ZMT5-HH is compatible with any Shure 1.25″ opening and 28 thread pitch compatible mic capsule.

Encrypted Audio

ZMT5-HH transmits wireless audio using 100% digital modulation, resulting in fully encrypted audio. Digital encryption is the only way to ensure the privacy of all audio transmissions. A digital transmission also provides audio quality far superior to an analog system.

Internal Recording

Audio can be recorded internally to a microSD card using the highly reliable lossless MARF (Mobile Audio Recording Format), which eliminates file corruption common to recordings due to dead battery or early card removal.

Advanced Features

Equipped with ZaxNet, audio is automatically recorded with a time code reference. Frequency, output power, and record mode can be remotely controlled.

Its fully digital wireless audio transmission features NeverClip, which extends the dynamic range of the microphone to 128dB, eliminating the need for a compressor that distorts the natural sound quality at high-volume audio levels.

ZMT5-HH is available in the following frequency band: 470 to 698 MHz.

Power

ZMT5-HH is powered by a single 18650 Li-ion battery that can last up to 10 hours. The display will approximate the percentage of remaining battery power for easy exchange.

ZMT5-HH can operate as both a wireless transmitter and a hardwired microphone simultaneously.

Where is the antenna?

ZMT5-HH has is no external visible antenna. It’s internal it can transmit audio no matter how you hold it.

Can ZMT5-HH record internally?

Yes. Internal recording is available through microSD. We recommend using 4GB memory cards from either Transcend or SanDisk through a reputable dealer.

What battery type do you recommend?

A single 18650 Li-ion battery can provide power up to 10 hours.
