Repair Services

Zaxcom products come with a one year parts and labor warranty; please see the product user manual for full details.  Both in and out of warranty repairs are completed by our factory technicians as quickly as possible.  To speed the process we require a Return Authorization Number (RA#) to be obtained prior to shipping your gear.
